  • Full refund if team withdraws 30+ days in advance
  • Team withdrawal within 30 days of tournament is no refund
  • No refund is issued if a team withdraws after the schedule is published 
  • Weather
    • 4GG: 
      • No games played: Full refund minus $100 admin fee
      • One game played: 50% refund
      • Two games played: No refund
    • 5GG:
      • No games played: Full refund minus $100 admin fee
      • One game played: 60% refund
      • Two games played: 40% refund
      • Three games played: No refund
